ZVAL is an alternative appraisal report. The report provides pertinent description of the subject property. Three comparables are provided with addresses and pertinent information. No grid or adjustment. Conclusion of market value is provided.
ZAVO is an alternative appraisal report with an Appraiser Value Opinion. A pertinent description of the subject property and three comparables are provided with adjustments presented in a grid. Additional three one-lined comparables are provided when available.
These alternative appraisals are desktop reports but can be upgraded to a premium report with a drive by inspection of the subject property.
